CDR Legal expands its inheritance law focus

CDR Legal is expanding its service offering. In addition to its established focus areas in banking law and capital markets law the firm is now specifically developing the area of inheritance law Mandates relating to inheritance and compulsory share claims, inheritance disputes and the support of probate proceedings are a natural addition to the portfolio.

From the perspective of law firm founder and attorney Corinna Ruppel, this addition is a logical step: “Clients who work with us in banking or capital markets law often also face inheritance law questions, for example when capital investments form part of an estate.
